On October 7th the community came out in a big way to tour the property, meet the developer and understand the details of the project. Thank you to everyone that came; we enjoyed speaking with each and everyone of you. Thankfully the rain cleared off and the hayride was still able to happen!
Communication leads to community that is, to understanding, intimacy, and the mutual valuing that was previously lacking. - Rollo May
The Community Spoke; We Listened
Our team has been in communication with Woodford County and The Mayor of Midway since June 2020. On May 3, 2021 the Ky Bluegrass Experience Resort was unanimously approved, with conditions, by the Woodford County Board of Adjustment to build and operate the resort.
Since that time, KBER has been listening, educating ourselves, and digesting comments from Citizens, The Mayor, and Council Members to further refine the project. Community comments along with great dialogue have been an invaluable source of information further enhancing the resort experience for both locals and guests alike. We are pleased to be apart of such a great community, historic city, and outstanding citizens. Thank you to those that have spoken with us and given us your comments.
